The staff went above and beyond with genuine care, making my mum’s 60th birthday really special with thoughtful treats and a lovely note. They picked a room that suited her needs perfectly, and the food was so good we came back for dinner after breakfast. The whole place felt luxurious, and getting a tour of the J.K. Rowling suite when we left was a great surprise.
