We loved that the host was flexible with our train times and made us feel really welcome in this warm flat, especially since it was our first visit to Edinburgh in about 40 years. The location is great, just a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley station and close to lots of restaurants, including fried haggis nearby, which was a real treat. We got around easily mostly on foot, which definitely boosted our step count.
