Please note self check-in is available anytime. At the point of check-in guests can leave their luggage anytime in the provided luggage storage area in the property, but cannot enter the room until after the stated check-in time which is 14:00.

Check out time is 10:30. On check-out, the key must be left in the check-out key box in the lobby. Guests will be subject to charges if the key is not posted on check-out. You will also be subject to charges if there is any unreported damage to the property.

Please note the hotel is in a Georgian building and there is no lift, please advise in your booking if you require a room with no stairs, which is subject to availability.

Car parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Car parking is available on a 'first come, first serve' basis. If spaces are not available outside the front door of the property, there is free 24/7 on street parking on Peel Terrace.At Allison House 17, hen, stag, or similar parties are not accepted.
